**Terms and Conditions for Vendors at Trapxart, LLC Events**

By participating as a vendor at Trapxart, LLC events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Arrival Time and Spot Forfeiture:** Vendors must arrive and set up 1 hour prior to the event start time. Failure to arrive within 30 minutes after the setup time may result in forfeiture of your spot. Trapxart, LLC is not legally responsible for any lost opportunities or damages incurred due to forfeiture.

2. **Liability Waiver:** By participating in Trapxart, LLC events, you waive any right to take legal action against Trapxart, LLC for damages to your art, merchandise, or person. You acknowledge that attendance is voluntary, and you are of legal age to attend the event. Trapxart, LLC is not responsible for any falsification of age by attendees.

3. **Vendor Fee Inclusions:** The one-time vendor fee includes the opportunity to set up, sell your art and merchandise at any price range, and retain 100% of your sales. Each vendor receives free admission for themselves and one additional guest. Vendors will also be added to the event lineup flyer. Please note that the vendor fee increases from $45 to $50 for events after 4/1/24.

4. **Admission for Additional Persons:** Only the designated point of contact and one additional person are admitted for free. Additional team members can purchase discounted tickets using the brand's promo code.

5. **Setup Responsibility:** Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup equipment. Trapxart, LLC provides the venue only. Suggestions for setup equipment include grid walls, portable walls, easels, clothing racks, and tables (6ft & under, limited to one table per vendor).

6. **Use of Venue Walls:** Typically, vendors are not allowed to use the walls of the venue for setup unless otherwise specified for cities that permit wall displays.

7. **Live Painting:** Live painting is encouraged and welcomed at Trapxart, LLC events.

8. **Space Allocation:** Spaces for vendors are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. While there are no assigned spaces, arriving on time or slightly before setup is recommended to secure preferred spots. Trapxart, LLC ensures adequate space for all confirmed artists.

9. **Space Dimensions:** Vendors are typically allocated space equivalent to the width of a 6 ft table, although this may vary.

10. **Lighting:** While venue lighting is provided, vendors may wish to bring additional lighting, preferably battery-operated. If power is required, vendors should bring their own extension cords.

11. **Event Type:** Most events are primarily indoors, but some venues may include outdoor patios.

12. **Setup and Breakdown Times:** Setup begins 1 hour before the event start time, and breakdown commences 30 minutes before the event end time.

13. **Helper Policy:** Vendors are permitted one free guest. Additional helpers or team members should use the vendor's promo code for discounted tickets.

14. **Age Requirement:** Most USA events are 21+, while some are 18+. Canadian events are always 19+, and UK events are always 18+. Please refer to your city’s artist sign-up form for specific age requirements.

15. **Refund Policy:** Vendor fees are non-refundable. However, vendors can apply their fee to one upcoming event if they notify Trapxart, LLC before spaces are filled.

16. **Prohibited Items:** Food and beverages, cannabis items (in certain locations), and other types of drugs are not permitted for sale.

17. **Promo Code Usage:** Vendors can create their own promo code for friends and family, providing a $5 discount on event tickets. Vendors receive $5 for each ticket purchased using their promo code online. Promo codes are not applicable to tickets purchased at the door.

18. **Payouts:** If vendors sell tickets, payouts are sent via Cashapp, Venmo, or PayPal within 72 hours of the event's end. Upon request, a screenshot of code usage can be provided.

19. **Vendor Responsibility:** Vendors are responsible for monitoring and safeguarding their section. While security and staff are present, they are not specifically assigned to monitor vendor stations. Trapxart, LLC assumes no responsibility for stolen or damaged items.

20. **Event Cancellation:** In the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances, Trapxart, LLC will exercise due diligence to reschedule the event and transfer fees to the new date when it is safe and appropriate to host the event.
